About the new compression scheme, is it of any use for us, users?
Yes, you get more wave ROM inside the XS. Also Yamaha will be using it to create wave libraries. It's proprietary technology so we won't release it to the general public and it is extremely technical to use, but you do see the end benefit in the sounds in the machine and libraries we will create.
