One last thing about the fret noise sound....
I forgot to mention one last thing about the fret noise that I think you'll want to know:
There is a parameter under voice edit called "XA control", which allows you to designate the way an element is controlled (such as with the AF1/AF2 buttons, legato for solo instruments, etc.). The fret noise is designated as a key off sound. It engages at a velocity of 100 only and only after key off. I thought this a small but important detail. I'll post something later that shows how this works. Man, I love to play that voice...
